The unique climate of Messinia region gave the ideal conditions for noble Syrah to liberate its delightful personality. Due to the maturing process in new French oak barrels for one year, the outcome is an exclusive wine, with light red colour, taste of matured red fruits and a complicated spicy bouquet.
It can be aged more and pairs well with red meat and spicy dishes, at 18°C.
